Explained in advance (no costs) what needs to be done with the budget. The job was not as easy as expected, but no additional charge for the extra work and time. Honestly. They work neatly and clean up everything when they are done. We are really satisfied.
Late in the evening we received very good help in solving a short circuit. We were still planning to renew the meter cupboard and add groups for safety reasons. Brian then thought along with us and gave us a lot of advice that evening. We then decided to let him do the big job too. We are very happy with the result, communication was good and he cleaned up the place very nicely!
We had an electricity failure in our old apartment in the middle of renovation. This is not a big problem in a modern apartment, but because of the poorly constructed electricity from previous renovations we couldn’t find relevant boxes in the apartment. We called two electricians before Bros Elektrotechniek and none of the two can manage to find boxes. Brian from Bros Elektrotechniek carefully and diligently investigated the apartment, and was able to “detect” the boxes. It was under the floor and behind walls, so we had to take out the floor and make holes in the walls, which was a big operation. And he was right! There were boxes, and he solved the issue quickly. I was genuinely impressed by his focus and commitment, which was a different level from previous electricians—he’s an electricity nerd. We were so concerned and almost in panic that we might have to demolish all the work that’s been already done, but Bros saved us. We really appreciated his expertise and highly recommend.
